Four programmes across Khagaria and Bhagalpur, each built from listening to what the community actually needed, not from deciding what was good for them.
In Bihar, 67.5% of women still use cloth or nothing during their period. Not because they want to, but because nobody gave them a better option. We have the honest conversation, and give every woman a menstrual cup, free.

Cervical cancer is almost entirely preventable, yet in most villages where we work women have never heard of it. We did real research with healthcare workers and built a training programme from those conversations.

Diabetes and hypertension do not hurt until they do. Every three months we set up free health checks in Gogri Jamalpur, open to everyone, no cost, no conditions. Anyone who needs care is referred to Referral Hospital Gogri.

We go into schools and teach children what keeps people well: hand hygiene for everyone, menstrual health for girls with boys in the same room. Because change does not happen if only half the community is in the conversation.

A future where prevention reaches every woman in rural Bihar before illness does, and where knowledge, dignity, and healthcare are never determined by where she lives.

We work with communities, not for them. We listen first, ask the right questions, and build from what people actually need. The strongest solutions come from combining lived experience with evidence, not choosing one over the other.
